The 7th Annual Chain NYC Film Festival (Chain NYC) is known for celebrating personal stories and original ideas in the heart of midtown NYC. The festival has proven to be an emerging festival to watch out for – in 2018 the festival screened more than 100 films and doubled in submission size.
